Steve's's journey - pt. 8 "The box that turns into a pot"

Hi Steve's!

Today we set out to find the best packaging that could hold, protect and represent you. We didn't want just any box: we wanted something that was resistant, durable and, above all, sustainable.

To begin, we relied on the RICREA Consortium, which in Italy coordinates the collection and recycling of steel, transforming it 100% into new objects. We consulted the list of associated companies and discovered a box factory in Lecco that seemed perfect for our project. And so, here we are, ready to tell you what we found!

The Steve's Box: A Revolutionary Idea
We have chosen a Lecco box factory that works with recycled steel certified by the RICREA Consortium. Your new box will be made of this resistant and eco-sustainable material, sandblasted by hand to give you a unique and refined touch. It is packaging designed to protect you as best as possible, but also to last over time and transform into something useful.

From Packaging to Vase
You know the best part, Steve's? Your box will never end up in a trash can! Once it has done its job of protecting you, it can be transformed into a vase. Yes, you read that right: a beautiful vase for plants that will bring color and life into the homes of those who choose you.

Inside the box, whoever buys you will find everything they need: a packet of soil and a plantable brochure with incorporated seeds. Just fill the box with soil, add the brochure, water... and from a simple packaging a new green and functional object will be born.

The Challenge of Personalization
Of course, we still have some challenges ahead of us. How to make your box elegant and immediately recognizable? We are working to airbrush it in a unique way, but always with sustainable techniques, in line with your values. And don't worry: you will spend very little time in the dark of the box, because whoever chooses you will be eager to wear you.

One Object, A Thousand Possibilities
And that’s not all. Your box won’t be just a vase: we have lots of ideas to make it useful in other creative ways. We can’t wait to share with everyone the possibilities your packaging will offer.
