All shipments in Italy and in the European Union are free as are returns.
Outside the EU, the shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on distance and customs duties.

The internally managed warehouse will process the order within 2 working days. Delivery times depend on the location:
- Italy: 2-4 working days
- European Union: 2-6 working days
- World: 4-10 working days

The return is easy and free within 15 days in original conditions. Inside our eCommerce, just enter the order number in the MyAccount section and make the return request.

Of course. It is always possible to change your Steve's if the size is not perfectly fitting. You must request a return and exchange within 15 days of receiving the order, the return is completely free and we will replace your Steve's in the best possible way.
